The structural work has started. Architect Jens Van Zele was commissioned to rebuild the building.

The entire building will be stripped from the inside. In the plan, a conscious choice was made for high visibility and accessibility. The link with the square in front of the building was important, both when viewed from the inside and from the outside.

Start of works: 30 January, expected opening date: 29 March.
