The discussion evening that dasKULTURforum Antwerp and Coppejans Gallery organized on Saturday 26 June was a success.

In the presence of the German Ambassador Martin Kotthaus, Antoon Melissen presented the new book about Lothar Wolleh and Beuys and we spoke with Anny De Decker, Laurence Petrone and Nico Dockx about Beuys in Antwerp and Beuys today. Sound artist Thomas Betsens concluded with an interactive performance in the gallery.

It felt good to speak in front of an audience again after a long time. In the meantime, we also received personal congratulations from the ambassador, who also praised the activities surrounding 100 years of Joseph Beuys in his opening speech.
