During the final weekend of the expo Remains, Christine Verheyden will bring a two-day performance titled ‘Let's post a painting.’ Verheyden used an old stamp machine from the prestigious Jan van Eyck Academy in Maastricht and transformed van Eyck's Adoration of the Mystic Lamb into a series of stamp sheets from which participants can choose unique pieces. The performance is the second work in a series in which she questions respectively context, value and content in the contemporary art world.
